By accessing or using the website located at lenco-finance.com (the “Platform”), operated by LENCO FINANCE, INC. (“Lenco Finance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Platform Description

Lenco Finance, Inc. is licensed by Louisiana’s Commissioner of Financial Institutions and provides personal loan services. Loan approval, amounts, terms, and rates are determined based on your creditworthiness and other factors.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of the United States, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By submitting a request, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

4. Loan Request Process

  • Submitting a request through the Platform does not guarantee approval, an offer, or funding from any lending partner.
  • Loan amounts range from $200 to $5,000. Repayment terms range from 62 days to 24 months. Maximum APR is 35%.
  • Actual loan amounts, terms, APR, and fees may vary based on your creditworthiness, state of residence, and other factors.
  • You are under no obligation to accept any offer presented by a lending partner. Always review the lender’s complete terms and disclosures before accepting.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, that any particular terms will be available, or that using the Platform will result in any specific financial outcome. The Platform is provided for informational and connection purposes only.

6. Fees

Any fees associated with a loan—including origination fees, late payment fees, prepayment penalties, or other charges—are clearly disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept. Review all disclosures carefully.

7. Information Sharing

By submitting a request, you consent to your information being used for the purpose of evaluating your loan application. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is collected, used, and shared.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is the property of Lenco Finance or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in any request or communication
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Platform without written permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lenco Finance and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, any loan obtained through a lending partner, or any actions taken by any loan issued. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lenco Finance and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
